IICRC Carpet Cleaning Technician Course
Our IICRC Carpet Cleaning Technician Course provides students with the training and knowledge they required to successfully perform their role to the highest level of industry standards. By completing this course you will obtain IICRC accreditation.
People often think it’s simple. “If others can hire a machine from the supermarket, then surely I can buy a better machine and therefore clean to a decent standard.”
While this may, in part, be true, the reality is far more complex. Are you aware of the differing types of carpet and their cleaning requirements? Do you understand how to remove the most common or even specific stains for each type? This is the difference between basic and expert services.
This is a strong marketing point between you and the others whose only differentiating is to do things cheaper and cheaper. This approach helps no one, as everyone undercuts each other, and the margins become tighter and tighter. While cost is often an initial deciding factor, people soon find out the difference in service they receive between an untrained and trained professional.
